This is a stand out opportunity for a Pensions Partner to join a leading Top 200 UK firm in London. Through further growth and winning a significant client, they are now looking to make a key strategic hire into their Pensions team, to further their offering. Despite their size, they have a human feel throughout the practice. The role is to be based in London; however, they have a network of offices throughout the UK. The firm is known globally for their extensive network of ultra HNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses. The practice is multi-service and are highly regarded in a majority of their chosen fields, they attract clients from a wide variety of business sectors which makes for a varied and exciting role. The Role The firm is seeking to recruit a Pensions Partner to join their expanding team in London You will join a skilled and very successful Pensions team, highly regarded nationally and internationally for the work that they do. You will deal with a broad range of work, working on Employers (UK and International), Trustees (including offshore), Pension Product Providers and Individuals on all aspects of pensions law. This will include: Pension Scheme Documentation Corporate Transactions Pension Regulator Clearance Reorganising Schemes Pension Protection Fund Negotiations Funding matters Closing schemes on future accrual and winding-up schemes Working alongside the senior management team, you will also be responsible for further developing this department, therefore experience of this will be advantageous.
