The Real Estate department advises a diverse client of investors, borrowers, landlords and owner occupiers. The department also offers a truly bespoke to HNW offshore individuals investing in Real Estate, they have an extensive network and a fast-growing client base. The sectors they cover are very broad, which will mean a diverse and interesting caseload, it will include; large offices, services offices, business parks, retail, hotels, logistics, project management, landlord and tenant, investment, development and large industrial units. You will join a highly experienced, legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive and strong business generators. With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects. If you are currently in a top-heavy team and looking for a route to Partnership I would urge you to apply. You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience and I would urge even the most experienced of candidates to apply). You will have experience of running your own caseload in the above areas, although if you are stronger in certain areas than others, this would be fine as your strengths can be complimented by the rest of the team. You will have first class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships. You should be an ambitious candidate who has a real passion for Real Estate work. Salary is very competitive and above market rate, this will depend on your background, in addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package.
