Overview
An elite global law firm is seeking a junior TMT Associate to join its team in London. This technology, media and telecommunications role is offered full-time on a permanent basis. Your New Role The TMT Associate will sit as part of the core business transactions team but will specialise in the outsourcing, technology and data protection practice. The team that the TMT Associate will be joining are well established and represent a range of clients including Fortune 100 companies, financial services, entrepreneurs pioneering state-of-the-art products/ services and first and second enterprises. Key responsibilities of the TMT Associate: Working on major outsourcings and strategic restructurings following divestments or acquisitions Completing technology-specific transactions such as licensing and “as a service” arrangements Advising on new technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence About You To be considered for the TMT Associate role you will have: 2-4 years of PQE Excellent academics including minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent English and Wales qualified Strong experience gained from a good outsourcing/ technology practice Some experience in data protection is preferred but not required Apply Now This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior TMT Associate looking to expand their career in London.
