We analyse business and market trends to explore new approaches that help our clients make tough choices and surpass the competition. At both the business unit and corporate level, we help organisations with organic enterprise growth, pricing and profitability, shareholder value, and sustainable corporate strategies. We are now looking to recruit a Manager/SA who has strategy consulting experience, ideally with consumer and retail industries, and helps clients define and evaluate strategies of all types, reflecting market back and capability forward perspectives. These strategies may start at either the business unit, corporate level or both, and may include the planning processes that support strategy development. As a Manager, you will be: Playing a critical role in delivering expertise on consumer and retail industry topics and in bringing this expertise to the clients Leading the engagement team to provide high quality business insight and recommendation Managing the project execution and delivery, making sure the project is delivered within the agreed/guaranteed timeline and budget Proactively identifying likely issues that could impact delivery and leveraging Strategy& and wider PwC network support as required Involving in developing our solution offerings, and marketing to external and internal clients Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5 Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree Degree Preferred: MBA or Master's degree Knowledge Preferred: Demonstrates extensive knowledge of and/or success in professional services or corporate roles, helping companies define and evaluate corporate and business unit strategies, reflecting market, competitive and other external drivers Skills Preferred: Demonstrates extensive leadership, strategic and creative thinking, problem solving, individual initiative, and the following abilities: Building productive and collaborative relationships with team members and proactively providing and seeking guidance, clarification and feedback Managing a team to a successful project conclusion through problem solving global, enterprise-wide strategy issues Identifying and addressing client needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships Communicating effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats Conducting and managing market research and quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and the ability to readily grasp analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence Assisting in developing training, engagement procedures and methodologies Coaching and developing staff 85356603EVZ Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor Degree Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) English Travel Requirements Not Specified Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
