Its new Head of Compliance will be responsible for: Driving compliance in all aspects and levels of the business Enforcing regulatory guidelines and corporate governance best practices Taking a pragmatic and solution-based approach to suit the objectives of the business Managing a team of compliance professionals About You The business looks to hire a Head of Compliance who demonstrates: 5 years of PQE Proven experience as a Head of Compliance within a consumer payments/finance business Experience of AML and merchant onboarding best practice SMF16 and SMF17 This is a very progressive, dynamic and entrepreneurial business that will suit a Compliance Lawyer with passion, drive and the ability to challenge the norm, bring new ideas and thrive within a fast-paced and changing scale-up environment.
