Overview
Do you want to work for a publicly listed global brand name organisation? Do you enjoy flexible working? Legal Counsel Client You will be joining a leading household name publicly listed organisation. Role You will be based at the organisation's central London HQ. You will also be able to undertake a significant amount of flexible working/WFH to suit your personal needs. You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of corporate transactions, commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues. You will work within a flat structure and report directly into the General Counsel. You will be rewarded with an extremely attractive remuneration package including highly lucrative bonus. You You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 1-5 years' PQE. You will have some prior experience of Corporate/M&A work or varied commercial contracting. You will have trained and qualified at a leading law firm and will have some prior in-house experience.
