The Role: The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Solicitor into their growing and long-established Bournemouth, Dorset office. You will join an award-winning employment team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities, and level of expertise. Your caseload will be varied, which will make for an exciting role; you will deal with day-to-day employment queries. This will include; disciplinary and grievance matters, maternity/family, leave issues and working time questions, more strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements, senior executive issues, including negotiating appointments and exits, collective matters such as restructuring, redundancies, integration and TUPE, industrial relations and trade union matters, employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation. You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role and progression prospects are genuine for the right people.
