As the appointed Commercial Partner you will be advising on all aspects of commercial contracts law including supply contracts, terms & conditions and agency distribution as well as dealing with the day to day responsibilities of being a partner within a well-established team. You will be keen to network in the Cambridge area and will be determined to build a successful practice. THE CANDIDATE: The firm have a very clear strategy as to their growth and where they want to position themselves and have identified the need to recruit a Commercial Partner into the team. The successful Commercial Partner will have a minimum of 8 years' experience and will ideally already be a Partner or a Senior Associate who is desperately trying to achieve partnership where they are. Frustrated Commercial Partners who are looking for more responsibilities are also encouraged to apply. You will already be working at a leading firm and be boosting strong technical skills across the broad spectrum of commercial work. A natural passion for business development coupled with actual experience is key.
