Experience in this field is not necessary but a desire to help others achieve goals, outcomes and be inspiring is essential. We support people within this sector to achieve great things: finding that special someone to share their lives with, volunteering, getting paid jobs, getting the keys to their own flat, staying in touch with family, making a meal from scratch, joining in with art, drama, swimming and media, the list is endless We help provide people with the skills to be able to do even the smallest of things, enabling people to be part of their community, to become independent and be proud of who they are. Hours are flexible and varied. Full training is provided and you will be supported with your care certificate along with additional courses for your career development. Although having a driving licence is desirable for these positions, we will consider applications from candidates without a driving licence.
