What you'll need to succeed Experienced teachers, NQT's or cover supervisors / TA's would be preferable but any level of teaching experience is considered. You must have a driven attitude to help students achieve their best in the absence of their current teacher. You will need to have good classroom and behaviour management skills and be flexible with travel within Manchester.
