The key responsibilities for the Operations Director include: - Overseeing the Finance, Compliance, Operations, HR & IT functions - Complete ownership of the critical HR function, which encompasses the people, talent and business culture - Development of the current Operations team - Improve overall operational efficiency - which includes all tools, processes and workflows - Ownership of 3rd party suppliers - Input to the P&L & budgeting and day-to-day involvement with the finance function - Act as the point of escalation for all compliance issues whilst maintaining up to date business processes according to legislative changes - Provide commercial advice and guidance to the Directors - Driving a positive working culture in order to create a happy, high-performing environment The ideal Operations Director will have: - Highly motivated with an innately positive attitude to work - A calm and pragmatic persona with excellent stakeholder management abilities - Similar prior experience within another recruitment business - A strong track record in developing fruitful relationships between sales and operations - Experience in managing all different back-office functions (i.e. Finance, Compliance, Operations, IT, HR) - An ability to be empathetic and understanding of the needs and requirements of all stakeholders This is an exceptional opening is not one to be missed.
