We have a superb opportunity for a Prince2 or similarily qualified Project Administrator (Business Process Improvement) to join our vibrant and growing Business Process Improvement function, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across all global teams (US & EMEA). The immediate aim of this role is to provide administrative support tot he Business Process Improvement Team in the development and implementation of a central business process management framework, helping them to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for working with Programme and Process Managers to support the delivery of key project deliverables, monitoring progress and working as a pivotal point of contact to communicate project status to all main stakeholders. You will organise, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and document important follow-up actions. The ideal candidate for this Business Process Improvement Project Administrator role will have very good experience at Project Administrator level (Business Process Improvement) and must hold a PMP, PC, Prince2 or equivalent qualification. You will be experienced in developing and embedding a Project and Process transformation function and seeing projects through from conception to delivery. A keen eye for detail is essential. Candidates will have hands-on experience in agile methodology, as well as familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
