How you’ll make an impact… Due to the imminent exciting launch of Xero’s brand new Tax Solution, we are looking to recruit an expert Data Analyst with top notch Excel skills to support our existing world class consultancy team. You will analyse, manipulate and migrate data from legacy solutions like IRIS, CCH, Digita, Taxcalc or Tax Filer, spearheading the next wave of 'digitisation’ for Xero by being a prime contact for our partners wishing to make a change, our existing teams within the UK Partner Services division of Xero and of course advise peers within the company. You will bring exceptional data management skills in order to assist our partners transition from their old system to cloud based offerings. Working within and alongside the Partner Services division (encompassing Consulting and Education) you will utilise your extensive Data Management and Manipulation experience and be a key advisor and architect behind the design of migration solutions for partners wishing to migrate to cloud based practice management, in particular Xero Tax. What you’ll bring… Strong Data Analysis and Manipulation experience are essential You will have strong skills manipulating data on Microsoft Excel, especially using macros Be extremely adept and confident managing the transition of data between technologies and tools High levels of accuracy of work Self-driven and communicative with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to present professionally, with confidence and conviction Ability to clearly explain, justify and educate non-technical individuals Willingness to understand the needs and wants of our partners to tailor a service to them Ability to be able to design, follow and update processes in a fast moving environment. Experience of working within the Accounting industry would be highly advantageous This role is accompanied by a salary of £40,000 plus benefits.
