Overview
Our client is seeking a Centre Deputy Manager on an initial 3 Month contract with the possibility of an extension. Working Hours and Pay Rate: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. At a pay rate of £12.76-£14.30 Main Duties and Responsibilities: Deputising for the Team Manager as and when necessary and to assist in the execution of all managerial functions relating to the smooth running of the social care teams in Targeted Support. Assist the Team Manager in managing the Team budget Undertake professional supervision of a number of Social workers within the Team structure Oversee complex assessments Provide professionals supervision and develop practitioner skill and expertise Assist the Team Manager in managing information and quality assuring work Requirements: A recognised professional Social Work qualification Ability to build empathetic and supportive relationships with children/young people and their families Ability to communicate clearly and directly both verbally and in writing Full UK driving licence preferred HCPC Registration Enhanced DBS check 121 Jobs is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
