Overview
Supplier Management Specialist required to join a large transformation programme based in the south east. The roles are paying between £400 - £500 and inside IR35. The role can be based in London, Milton Keynes or Reading with travel to other sites as and when required, with some flex to work from home. The programme have finished the process mapping stage and designed the required system process. They now need a Supplier Portal SME to take the system processes and build new business process that are fit for purpose. You'll have support form a process team, but need come from a an operational customer service/supplier management back background having previous worked on a transformation programme that had a system implementation as part of new ways of working. You will act as the operational SME for everything "customer service/supplier management" related - which is essential any technology or portal that either the customers or supplier have engagement with. You'll advise how the team will need to work as well as supporting transition, implementing and training. Any exposure to facilities management would be advantageous but is not essential. Key Requirements To take the system processes and build new business process that are fit for purpose. Needs to come from a customer service/supplier management background.
