Market leader in the Automotive sector Account Management - Develop existing relationships Build your career and grow within the business THE ROLE: As the Area Sales Manager, you will be covering the South East and London. The role of Area Sales Manager is very much centred around developing the distributor relationships on patch. Dealing with motor factors, agricultural distributors and industrial distributors, your remit will be to push product through your channels, whilst ensuring the distribution sales reps understand how to effectively sell your range. As Area Sales Manager you will also be required to up-sell new products to the distributors as well as going out to their end users with them and back selling. This role is based around selling a range of pneumatic tools and automotive accessories. THE PERSON: If you are already in field sales selling to distributors and aim to join a progressive business that can take your career to new heights, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Full product training is on offer to the successful candidate, so it does not matter what you have been selling but it is important that you understand the process of selling through distributors, motor factors, merchants, wholesalers etc. Your ability to manage a territory and your enthusiasm and desire to build a long-term career will make you the perfect candidate for our client.
