Overview
Multi-skilled engineer- Woking £14 an hour - Immediate Start Your new role: You will need to carry out maintenance of HVAC equipment, plant, services and systems including undertaking testing and inspection of electrical and mechanical equipment and installations. You will carry out basic fabric repairs/installations to the internal and external of buildings. Actively participate in the operation and the control of planned maintenance schemes and to complete all report sheets and test certificates where necessary. Work safely on LV electrical systems in accordance with all statutory electrical/ health/ safety regulations and legislation as an appointed skilled person. In order to succeed you will have: Apprenticeship/BTEC/HNC/City & Guilds craft certificate or equivalent. 17th/ 18th edition in IEE regulation. A full driving licence. Experience in building maintenance and systems, as well as having knowledge of H&S legislation and safe working practice which includes: COSHH, WAH, Asbestos Awareness, Water hygiene and risk assessment. Be able to pass a basic DBS check. What you will get in return? You will work for 40 hours a week for which the timings are between 7am - 4pm. The job will run until the 22nd of May 2020 but with a possibility of it going longer and becoming permanent.
