Job title: CAD Technician Location: Northamptonshire Sector: Architecture and Design Permanent opportunity A long-established and market-leading leisure homes organisation who offer a bespoke residential product are looking for an experienced CAD technician to join their busy and growing design and technical team. Over 20 years our client has developed an attractive portfolio of residential homes for private clients to select from where the customer has full interaction from the design table to completion, catering for every taste and the most demanding of requirements. Working in a competitive residential market where our client receives steady and regular orders. The design team are continuously busy receiving enquires that require proactive attention to detail and strong communication that will involve working with cross departments. From manufacturing, sales and technical to ensure their customers are provided with the best service and their orders efficiently and in a timely fashion. The main criteria for the opportunity are: 1) Strong software experience, Revit (ideally) AutoCAD accepted and other 3D experience 2) A good building or modular design understanding, familiar with drawing plans and working packages 3) Good communication skills, strong team working skills 4) Logical thinking and prepared to overcome challenges and prepare to take on operational tasks Benefits: Offering a competitive salary package, free parking, training and development, structured career path with incentives.
