Overview
If you are looking for a step up as a Project Manager and work on some of the biggest projects the construction sector has to offer then i am keen to speak with you. My client is looking for the best of the best but experience alone will not secure you this position I am looking to speak with, energetic and dynamic individuals who are looking to showcase their hard work and continue and build on their progression. Reporting to the Contracts Manager your Key areas will be: Co-Ordination of all project disciplines working closely with the Site Manager. Managing the design and delivering the job at highest quality. Manage the Project team and Supply chain Provide strong strategic direction to all departments you will be the face to the client and frequently engage building rapport and overcome any issues pro actively and positively. Run Site survey to mitigate risk Provide Labour costings for multiple projects Produce progress reports. For this role you will have the following Qualifications and Experiences: A Degree/HNC in a construction related Discipline Experience of running projects to the value of £10M-£100M working for a main contractor Strong continuity throughout your career and a passion for construction is a must Detailed knowledge of health and safety and other legislative matters.
