Job type Infrastructure Trainer Salary Mid-level Disciplines Infrastructure Trainer Location Central London The role You will be responsible for the delivery of training for learners, apprentices and trainees. You will work closely with the Operations and Quality Managers and establish effective ways of learning to improve learner satisfaction and success rates. You will adapt different ways of working and will be able to establish individual learning needs and introduce new ways of working. You should identify best practices and bring individualism and personality to a standardised course. This role is heavily focused on training and development and assessments to provide effective feedback. Key duties  Motivate and encourage learning and development through the team  Record and report on activity to management in a timely and professional manner  Communicate with the Operations Manager on candidates of concern  To oversee the development and progress of all learners undergoing training  Provide, receive and review feedback from learners  Brief learners/candidates about their responsibilities, and behavioural practices  Actively develop new initiatives and training methodologies to impact candidate learning  Develop effective training plans to establish the needs of stakeholders and learners  Ensure that Just IT Training is perceived within the market as a high-quality provider of training solutions to both learners and clients alike  Ensure best practices is followed and have an awareness of Health and Safety, Safe-Guarding, British Values, PREVENT and Equal Opportunities and related Acts Skills required  Good relationship building skills  Effective oral and written communication skills  Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills  Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision  Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work  Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule  Excellent organisational skills  Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.  Must be able to gather and analyse information skilfully  Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily workload  Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office and Windows applications  Skills in database management and record keeping Company overview Since 2001 Just IT has helped over 6000 people launch their careers in the Tech and Digital industries and supported their further development with our blend of training and recruitment services.
