Overview
This expanding service business based in North West London, seek an experienced team manager to take on overall control of a team of 10 people within AP and AR. In addition to strong supervisory experience you should have solid general accounting knowledge with exposure to monthly reporting on transactions. The role will suit a person dedicated to a career in staff management, development and improvement and this is not a role for someone to move in to Management Accounts or a Senior Financial Accounting role with an aim to qualify. Requirements: 3 plus years’ experience managing teams within in transaction services, AP, AR or Treasury. Experience of working within a target driven environment, setting KPIs and ensuring staff achieve them through coaching and management processes Knowledge on bank account management and monthly reconciliation process Strong customer service skills Demonstrable progression through junior accounting role Understanding of commercial accounting processes, experience of working with Senior Accountants Confident to implement change and development systems
