Overview

Global Accounting Network, has partnered with an amazing tech/communications platform business based in central London. We are currently looking for a billing and collections analyst based near old street. This role will be suitable for an immediate or 1 week notice. The ideal candidate will take a lead role in our global billing and collections function by taking ownership for one of our flagship products currently going through high growth and expansion. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring this key product can go to market and support the expansion of customer on boarding through 2020. This is a fast paced and highly collaborative role, requiring a problem solver with an operational mind, and someone who thrives in an environment where cross functional collaboration drives the business forward. What you will do Take a lead role for billing and revenue operations on one of our highest growth products Take a lead role for the cash collection operations for that products billing Provide financial insight on the performance of that product against key financial KPIs Provide customer support and account reconciliations to support up sell and increased spend Support our billing transformation projects to drive this product towards scalability Partner with our Sales and Support teams to deliver abestin class billing and service experience to our customers Partner with our Biz Ops teams to implement pricing models and customer solutions. EnsureFinanceandBillingrelatedprocessesareadheredtoforSOXcomplianceand efficient business operations Support the Revenue Operations and Collections management teams with ad-hoc operational tasks. What will you bring Excellent problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and multitask. Great communication skills and confidence to liaise effectively with all levels of stakeholders Experience in financial or business analysis, with an operations background Minimum 2 years relevant experience University graduate with a 2.1 or higher degree or are AAT qualified. A high level of focus and comfortable working with a high volume of transactions. A resourceful nature, with the ability to identify solutions over problems. Enjoys working in a fast-paced high-change environment. A sense of humour and a can do attitude.
