HR Assistant - Global Speciality Insurance - London - Permanent Your new company HR Assistant - Global Speciality Insurance - Permanent Your new role An exciting new HR Assistant position has arisen working for a global, leading speciality Insurance business, based in stunning central London offices. In this role, you'll be supporting an HR Manager, wider HR team and c.800 employees across the business. This role has arisen due to impressive company growth. What you'll need to succeed In your new HR Assistant role, you will be responsible for providing high quality, high volume HR administration support; will build professional working relationships with employees, managers and senior stakeholders alike to guide on HR policy and procedure; take responsibility for company on-boarding and first day induction processes; supporting HRM and Head of HR with various complexity ER cases (incl. minute-taking) and supporting cyclical activities (e.g. performance reviews, engagement surveys etc.). What you'll get in return To succeed in this role, you will have worked in a central HR Administrator/Assistant position, ideally coming from Financial Services/Insurance and will have secured/be working towards your CIPD.
