We are looking for qualified, male Residential Support Workers living close to the Wolverhampton area of the West Midlands. This job would be working nights. Who will you be joining? Our client wants to do things differently for the children they support. They provide small homes so the focus is on the children so they can be supported to see them flourish for a positive future with a well-qualified team around them. As their Residential Support Worker, you will be working closely with the children to encourage a positive daily routine, keep them safe and be there for them to learn about becoming more independent and doing the things they love. Although this role may be challenging at times due to the behaviour you may need to support with, it will almost certainly provide an enormous sense of reward. Support Worker Salary, Hours and Requirements Salary of £10.00 per hour. Waking Nights are 9.45pm to 7.15am , rolling 3 on 3 off rotating pattern. It is essential that you hold a Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or Children and young people. You must be over the age of 25.
