Overview
An interesting and slightly different opportunity has arisen with one of our long standing clients for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their busy and growing team in Wolverhampton. The reason why it's different is that roles at this level and with amount of opportunity and scope are rare within a relatively stable Conveyancing market. The firm have a strong property arm with a wealth of experience already servicing a busy client base however, are looking to appoint someone into the department that will help lead and continue to grow the team organically. The Senior Residential Conveyancer should be able to run your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters and be able to do so with ease and confidence and ideally have experience supervising or mentoring junior members of staff as this will be a key part of the post. The firm have an established network of clients including estate agents, house builders and work referrers so there isn't a need to build a client base however, the understanding and want to service clients efficiently and with top quality service is important, as is the ability to the continue to build upon these relationships.
