An excellent opportunity has become available for a Residential Conveyancing solicitor to join a successful and established law firm. Apply Now The firm have a number of offices across the West Midlands believe in offering a pragmatic and straight-forward service with the least amount of fuss possible. They have a particularly strong, busy and organically grown residential conveyancing department and are looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing solicitor to complement the well-established team just outside of Wolverhampton. You will be dealing with a broad range of conveyancing matters to include; Freehold & Leasehold, Sales & Purchase; Lease Extensions; Deeds of variation and Right to Buy. If management of a team is something that you'd like to work towards then this is something the firm are also happy to harness and encourage. The ideal candidate will: At least 2 years' experience within Residential Conveyancing Self-driven and motivated and be interested in working towards the opportunity of progressing within the firm Ability to deal with a varied range of Residential Conveyancing matters This is an excellent opportunity to join a full service law firm at an exciting time considering the continued busyness of the Residential Conveyancing market and the future plans of the team.
