Overview

Responsibilities Accounts Assistant We’re Hiring Henderson, a subsidiary company of Aon, are currently recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our team based in the Kirmington office. This role will be resposible for all aspects of insurer reconciliations. The Henderson business unit provides risk solutions to businesses across a large number of sectors within the UK. Typically, clients will be a SME company, requiring bespoke insurance programmes and associated risk management and risk transfer services. Besides being the insurance broker, Henderson provides clients with a claims service and advice on risk management. About the Role Some of your key responsibilities will include: Statement Reconciliation including: Reconciling all items on insurer/Hendersons ledgers Query raising and resolution via internal task management system Liaising with all offices within the Henderson Group Payment of insurer accounts on a monthly basis. Resolution of any remaining queries with Insurers. Client Refund Payments Eliminate Risk to both clients and HIBL Processing monthly reports for management Filing Ad Hoc requests from management The role is integral to the continued efficient running of the accounts department; the successful applicant should have previous experience in office administration, an excellent eye for detail, good knowledge of Microsoft Software and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
