IT Desktop Support Analyst - Global Luxury Retail - Central London As a business we own several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, luxury watches and premium accessories. Founded nearly 30 years ago we now employ over 30,000 across 30 different countries. We now employ over 1000 people in London and across the UK and our growing IT department are looking for an additional IT Support Analyst to join the growing team on a permanent basis. Our IT team are highly regarded within the business and we look after our internal UK infrastructure locally. We offer progression opportunities and always look internally for candidates if opportunities arise within other areas of IT Responsibilities ? To support to all UK based users within agreed procedures and SLAs (responding to customer calls, logging, troubleshooting and analysing; call reassignment and progression; ownership of calls) ? Execute IT Support procedures and processes, including: Service, Incident, Change and Problem logging & management, including escalations to 3rd party suppliers; procurement, including asset management; opening and closing procedures for the Infrastructure support business; on-boarding and off-boarding processes ? Assist with the daily supervision of the UK information systems, including basic network problems troubleshooting & analysis ? Installation, configuration and setup of hardware and software as agreed with the brands. ? Provide administrative support to the department, including Office Management, department scheduling, procurement, asset and licence management. ? Update and maintain documentation. ? Awareness of the required security policies and assisting to ensure that they are adhered to. Skills & Experiences Required A good working knowledge and experience required in as many of the following areas as possible: Windows 7, Active Directory, MS Office, Citrix, SCCM; Basic hardware diagnosis of PCs, servers, printers and other peripherals; Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LANs, Wireless, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls, proxies) Location: State of the art offices in the heart of the West End Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 Bonus & Benefits Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
