Overview
Engineering Manager - Suffolk up to £70k Are you an experienced Engineering Manager with FMCG experience? Reporting to the site GM you will have responsibility for proactively planning, controlling and co-ordinating all aspects of the sites Engineering function to ensure optimum equipment perfomance efficiency as part of the overall sites perfomance measures. Adhering to Health and Safety and environmental legislation and site policies, and working closely with Group Engineering and Continuous Improvement functions to ensure alignment with the group manufacturing philosphy to include Asset Management and Capitol on time and in full. With a number of direct reports you will manage KPIS, perfomance and ensure all training requirements are identified and facilitated. Your key responsibilites will include: Safety, Asset Managment, Stores Management, Site Services and Energy Management, Site Electrical Management, Site Manufacturing Engineering Management, Site Manufacturing Systems Engineering Management and the Site Capital Plan.
