Overview
Junior IT Specialist, Junior SaaS Specialist, Junior Salesforce Consultant, Computing Graduate, Salesforce Trailhead, CRM, Reading Junior IT Specialist with a Computer Science degree required to work for an exciting SaaS based business located in Reading. We are not looking for someone in a particular discipline - you must have knowledge and exposure to the likes of coding / programming / development, infrastructure, networking, IT architecture and support. Ideally you will have some exposure to Salesforce / CRM but must have an interest in Salesforce. If you are currently on the Salesforce Trailhead path, we would be very interested in talking to you This role will be based in London initially and will move to Reading in April 2020. We need someone who is accessible to both locations and happy to then eventually settle in the brand new Reading office. You will be assisting in designing solutions around the Salesforce CRM Platform and coding skills would be really helpful towards this, along with having some exposure to Salesforce in a commercial environment. This will simply develop into a fully fledged Pre-Sales role where you will be preparing and providing demos on the product-suite. Personality, enthusiasm, confidence, communication skills and desire to move on to bigger and better things are extremely important in this role too. Ideal Experience / Background Required: IT Graduate with multiple experience Salesforce exposure Salesforce ADM 201, ADM 301, Salesforce Trailhead or a genuine interest in Salesforce is MUCH preferred An interest in designing, building and deploying applications and services Knowledge of software systems design and development Able to deal with ambiguity and complexity Confidently able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders Previous experience of requirements capturing and analysis Confident in front of people / clients Good verbal and written communication, including presentation skills A willing ability to learn from others and share knowledge This is a great opportunity and salary is dependent upon experience.
