Overview

Sales Administrator Job Specification: Completing daily banking ensuring receipts and deposit slips are entered accurately onto the spreadsheet, reconciled and sent to accounts each day. Check debtors and creditors monthly identify and implement actions required Ensure all cash, credit card receipts and cheques handled are dealt with securely Manage site petty cash Assist the sales team in recording all new sales Providing high levels of customer service at all times and assisting customers with all of the relevant after sales paperwork. Deal securely with all customers personal details in accordance with GDPR regulations Person Specification: Must be a car driver (preferably with a clean driver’s licence) Excellent telephone manner Strong customer service skills Good MS Office skills £18,000 - £20,000 Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 Car parking available Stakeholder pension 20 days holiday plus bank holidays We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
