If so, this role might be just what you're looking for I am currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join a thriving education business that is looking to expand their team. You will be working within the education sector in a fast paced environment, looking to bring out the best in your team and to help them to continue in their successes. What will your day to day look like? Managing the whole Customer Service Team Directly managing a team of 3 reports Monitoring team performance Staff coaching and feedback Being responsible for staff recruitment Arranging team meetings Following HR procedures Supporting the team with any queries they might have Dealing with escalated complaints Use of the in-house systems and general admin duties What will you need? Experience in a similar management position for a minimum of 3 years Good work ethic and a hands on approach to working with a team Proven ability to manage and coach a successful team Ability to achieve and exceed targets Excellent written and communication skills Ability to work under pressure A can do attitude What will you get in return?
