Clinical Trial Site Contracts Manager Initial 12 month PAYE contract Attractive Salary dependent upon level of experience plus benefits The Company A reputable biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and commercialising innovative healthcare products for a range of therapeutic areas. They now have a great opportunity for a Clinical Trial Site Contracts Manager (or Associate, as more junior candidates will also be considered) to join them on an initial 12 month contract at their UK headquarters, which houses their global clinical development teams, regulatory affairs and international commercial and support functions. The Opportunity This position is for an experienced Clinical Trial Site Contracts Manager to join the Drug Development Operations team for European studies. As Clinical Trial Site Contracts Associate you will manage all aspects of the Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) with clinical sites within EMEA. Mainly Europe and less frequently in Africa & Middle East, for their portfolio of assigned studies. This position will typically manage/oversee the CTA negotiations through a third party vendor (for local language negotiations), but may very occasionally work directly with sites where possible. You will be responsible for: Providing input into the development of global processes and infrastructure and maximise efficiency and effectiveness; Managing the vendor relationship for their studies; Providing the site contract templates and reviewing investigator grant budgets/budget parameters prepared by vendor Informing the vendor on an ongoing basis, of all selected sites with key information Managing all queries from the sites via vendors and respond to/triage any legal or budget escalations Managing timelines and communicating site status and metrics with the wider study teams Reviewing the final contract package for accuracy, and pass to the Contracts Coordinator team for obtaining purchase orders/approvals, submitting for signatures and shipment Providing input into development of processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
