About the role In order to complete the challenge, we started with the first major review of our Business Plan in 2016 since the inception of self-financing, we have reviewed our management structure, and we now have several key roles available in our Property Maintenance team. These roles are key to our ambitious vision and service transformation. You will work in conjunction with the investment manager to implement and lead on the mobilisation of contractors and contract administration for the delivery of capital and planned maintenance programmes of work. Managing a team of technical officers, you will ensure that contract administration is carried out to industry standard and ensure that all works are delivered to the highest standard, in line with contractual documentation, budget and timescales.
