Overview

Robert Half are now in the process of recruiting an accomplished purchase ledger clerk to join a manufacturing business based in Bristol on a temporary basis. This position is expected to run for 4-6 months. There is an opportunity to start this role ASAP. The organisation are seen as a leader within the manufacturing industry and have a reputation for having a friendly and warming finance team. You will be reporting into the the accounts payable manager and responsible for: Raising Purchase Orders. Processing supplier invoices using bespoke systems. Reconciliation of supplier statements. Dealing with invoice related queries ensuring prompt resolution. Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required. To be considered for this vacancy you will need: Previous experience working in a purchase ledger position. Good communication skills. Competent MS Excel skills. There is parking on site if required.
