Overview
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator for our client based in Stevenage. You will need to be available immediately and also have experience using Quick Books to be considered for this opportunity. Finance Administrator - Job Overview As a Finance Administrator your duties will include; Updating and maintaining the department purchase order system Provide purchase order numbers where required to team members, suppliers & sub-contractors Monitor the forecasted values to enable as accurate as possible monthly profit prediction Receiving all invoices into the department and ensuring all are chased and received each month Check all invoices and costs are correct in line with current agreed charges Ensure all invoices are entered into and raised in Quick Books Ensure all invoices are sent out in the relevant method as specifically requested by customers Any other administrative support required to assist the wider team Finance Administrator - Skills & Experience Required Ability to start immediately Previous finance administration experience is essential Knowledge of Quick Books package is essential Strong attention to detail, ensuring information is accurate Enthusiasm and a desire to learn Finance Administrator ?
