Assistant Clinic Manager Marylebone, London up to £35,000 (DOE) Our client is specialises in non invasive cosmetic treatments like wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, skin and anti-ageing, with a strong emphasis on laser and skin rejuvenation.and are seeking a permanent Business Development Manager to ensure the efficient running of their flagship site in Central London. Your role will be to optimise the customer and doctor experience, driving sales and effectively managing staff. It will require a firm, but fair, hand. You will also responsible for ensuring the Clinic operates within Company policies and follows all CQC procedures. As you will be responsible for a multi-disciplinary team, you will need experience and understanding of the services offered in an Non-Surgical Cosmetic Clinic setting, as well as a good general clinical understanding. This is an opportunity that would suit someone who has worked in a clinical background as a manager and has awareness of CQC, doctors, nurses etc. The right applicant must be commercially aware and will have experience of managing a healthcare clinic or a multidisciplinary practice.
