Overview
Permanent People are recruiting on behalf of a client that is an established business offering genuine career progression. They employ 50 people across the UK and have won numerous awards such as "best small employer" and "fast growth 50". We have an exciting opportunity in their Dudley branch, which is their Head Office and centre for training and quality. The Role: You will be working within the Technology sector, focusing specifically on recruiting Testing/UX professionals. You will generate long term relationships with clients and candidates, advertising jobs and sourcing the best talent for national and international clients, whilst actively seeking to identify and bring on new clients. The Ideal Candidate: Ideally, you will be a self-driven individual and have the motivation to meet targets. You will be financially motivated as what you earn in recruitment is down to the amount of work and effort you put in. You will be an ambitious individual who is eager to progress in their career as there is genuine career progression available. Previous recruitment experience is essential and previous IT experience would be an advantage. You will be keen to learn and have interest in developing a specialist knowledge of the IT sector. Being proactive is essential within recruitment and you must be able to think on your feet. You will need to possess great communication skills, be resilient, competitive and be a true team player.
