TELECOMS/IT FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!! BASED IN STOURBRIDGE £35,000 + EXCELLENT BONUS POTENTIAL My client is a well known successful organisation and due to expansion they are now looking for an experienced Telecoms/IT Sales Executive to join their business. The company are an expanding SME and have enjoyed record growth over the last few years. This excellent opportunity requires professionalism, ability to close and a full UK driving licence as travel to client locations will be essential. The successful applicant MUST have experience within the IT/Telecoms sector as a proven sales executive. Primary Responsibilities * Identifying new business opportunities by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers. * Identifying customer requirements for solutions through research and analysis of all sales options. * Recommending solutions to prospective customers which meet their requirements. * Demonstrate commercial acumen ensuring that all solutions sold drive revenue growth. * Responsible for closing sales of phone systems, VOIP, lines, calls, broadband mobiles and CCTV. * To grow and develop your own pipeline, ensuring that there are no missed opportunities. * Work closely with the Sales Director to develop an expert understanding of our full product range. Identify the future direction of products and how it will impact customer solutions. * Keep a record of all contact with existing and prospective customers. * Update CRM with any leads for Telecoms, Mobile, and IT. * Work towards achieving all monthly targets and KPI's agreed with the Sales Director. Targets include upfront gross profit, recurring revenue gross profit, number of self-generated sales and number of new customers brought on board. Person Specification * Experience in selling Telecoms / IT solutions would be advantageous * Proven Track Record of sales excellence and revenue growth * Ability to think and plan strategically, showing business acumen and ability to anticipate challenges * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills * Strong collaboration skills: will be required to coordinate closely with other functions including the engineering and operations teams. * Highly customer focused, confident and with good attention to detail * Excellent time management, organisational and prioritising skills If you believe you have the experience/skills for this excellent opportunity please apply ASAP!
