The home comprises of two units, an eight bedded Continuing Care unit for people living with dementia who require a high level of nursing care, and a 16 bedded short stay Intermediate Care Unit providing step-down care from hospital, hospital avoidance, and respite care for people living with dementia. We work closely with other disciplines with the aim to rehabilitate and regain independence which enables many of our Service Users to return to their own home with relevant support systems put in place The Ideal Candidate As a Registered Nurse you will have a minimum of 6 to 12 months nursing experience, and be passionate about delivering person centred care. You will have current NMC registration, up to date clinical practices, and evidence of continual professional development. You will provide excellent clinical support and supervision to your team to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the service. You will be given support and training to develop your clinical skills and management skills, including opportunities to gain qualifications at Masters level.
