Overview

I'm working with a boutique investment manager (around £10 bln AUM) for the 2nd hire in their compliance team reporting directly into the Head of Compliance. I am looking for either a fresh grad or a compliance professional with up to 2 years of experience in the investment banking or asset management world. You will need to have a strong interest in the alternative regulatory space and good work ethic. Key responsibilities Assisting the Head of Compliance in designing, implementing, and delivering the compliance program Reviewing and implementing new regulations as applicable to the business Approving and maintains all necessary registers, including conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, G&E Key requirements Top university degree, ideally in law, finance, business, or economics Excellent oral and written communication skills A keen interest in compliance and regulatory matters
