Overview
Residential Care Home Manager Liverpool £40,500 per annum DMD Recruitment are working on behalf of a progressive care provider to recruit an experienced Residential Care Home Manager to take the lead of their CQC Good rated care home in Liverpool. The care home provides care and support to older people with early onset dementia and residential care needs across two units. As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and continued success of the service, ensuring high quality standards are achieved whilst providing strong leadership and support to the staff team. The successful candidate will have a proven background in Care Home Management and will have evidence of managing and sustaining a good rating with CQC. Completion of Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent is required. This is a full time, permanent opportunity.
