Are you an experienced Operational Manager, Regional Manager or Area Manager in learning disabilities services? Do you want to work for one of the UK's most exciting provider? Apply here An exciting new role for a Head of Operations overseeing a portfolio of supported living and residential homes for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions has arrived Your patch would cover the South Of England including West Midlands, Leeds, Oxfordshire and London. The Regional Manager will receive a fantastic package of £55,000 plus £5,500 car allowance along with 38 days holiday and 8% employer pension scheme. Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults including Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions and Challenging Behaviour Supervisory or management experience overseeing Registered and Service Manager's High level of knowledge around CQC, care quality standards, safeguarding and service management Ability to liaise with key stakeholders in the charity and external agencies Business and financial acumen to oversee action and development plans, financial budgets and accounts If you have experience at Regional Manager, Area Manager or Operations Manager level, apply here
