Overview

Commercial Gas Engineer - Birmingham Salary: competitive salary package Hours: Full Time/ Permanent Location: Ideally Birmingham or Coventry located, consideration will be given to candidates located within the Midlands area Due to continued expansion, our client a commercial Heating, Electrical, Ventilation and Air Conditioning service provider covering the Greater Midlands area are currently looking to recruit fully qualified and experienced commercial gas heating engineer/multi-discipline HVAC engineer to join their busy service department. Duties Include: ·Delivering quality maintenance and repairs to commercial gas heating systems ·Providing service, certifications and maintenance on all commercial and domestic gas heating appliances ·Keeping company vehicle clean and well maintained ·Providing exceptional customer service ·Completing required paperwork to a high standard ·Planned preventative maintenance, reactive call out and repairs, and will participate in the out of hours call out rota. The Ideal Candidates will: ·Be experienced in the commercial heating industry and will possess the relevant knowledge of LPHW systems and associated equipment along with the necessary current ACS qualifications ·Applicants must hold current commercial and domestic gas qualifications ·Possession of Oil Certification and/or COMCAT1, 2 and 3 advantageous ·Controls experience and any other skills would also be advantageous. ·Can deliver excellent, tidy pipe work ·Experienced with servicing, repair and maintenance of wide variety of gas appliances ·Can provide great references ·Able to deliver top quality work and excellent customer service to our client base ·Professional, punctual, courteous and presentable ·Full UK Driving licence with no more than 6 points ·Have complete tool kit ·Comfortable with use of tablet, job management apps & email ·Can work individually and as part of a team ·Keen to work efficiently and be rewarded ·Complete knowledge of health and safety practices
