Do you have previous experience as a Collections Advisor or Customer Service Advisor and the desire to deliver the best customer service on behalf of a leading financial services employer in Cardiff? If this sounds like you, we want to talk Working for one of the largest financial services employers in the Cardiff area, we are looking for a passionate Collections Advisor to join a growing team of customer service professionals, who pride themselves in their high level of customer service delivery. Key Benefits for a Collections Advisor: Starting Salary between £18,000 - £21,500 per annum with regular pay reviews and performance related bonus Free parking on-site and good public transport links 35 hour per week contract Shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and one in four Saturdays (9am - 1pm) Opportunity to progress 28 days holiday per annum Responsibilities of a Collections Advisor include: Taking inbound collections calls, answering questions and resolving issues at first point of contact Setting up payments on the system, ensuring high levels of accuracy and working within financial services regulations Fact finding with the customer to understand their current situation Reviewing follow up actions ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the process Providing excellent customer service at all times Ensuring the customer receives an efficient service Key skills for a Collections Advisor: Previous customer service experience (Collections, sales or Contact Centre environment) Excellent communication skills Excellent record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail being paramount Positive attitude and approach to work Dedicated individual looking to build a career This is an excellent opportunity for a career in financial services in Cardiff, and interviews are taking place on 12th and 13th March and the role starts on 6th April.
