Overview
Generics Trainer / Assessor - Crawley & Sussex (Regional Role) - £25,000 - £28,000 (DOE & qualifications) expenses / 25 days holiday bank and other benefits. The Role: Generics Trainer / Assessor We are looking for an experienced apprenticeship trainer to support in the delivery and assessment of Business Skills apprenticeship programmes in Crawley and the surrounding region. A home-based role - you will be responsible for the delivery of Team Leader, Customer Service, Business Admin and Management at Levels 2 & 3, ensuring learners are working towards end point assessment. This will include supporting apprentices remotely through virtual learning platforms, alongside workplace visits - providing coaching and assessment to help develop apprentices' skills and abilities to enable them to achieve the best performance results. A DBS check prior to commencement of role is required. Essential Requirements: Generics Trainer / Assessor Hold Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA) Experienced in a similar role - delivering apprenticeships with a good success rate Business administration or similar background/competency Driver with own vehicle Desirables: Generics Trainer / Assessor Experience in Level 5 delivery is a bonus but not essential The Employer: Generics Trainer / Assessor This client is an Ofsted grade 2 private training provider who has been delivering apprenticeships in Business, IT and Management for over 10 years.
