Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Technician to join their team. Based in South East London. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Duties and experience required below: Provide IT support Provide hardware and software support Build PCs Commission mobile telephones Liaise with outsourced IT providers Provide reports Resolving faults Provide training Manage IT asset database Train staff Minimum 1 year of experience working in IT support Good knowledge of IT systems Experienced with Microsoft applications Ability and confidence to work on own Ability to organise workload unsupervised. Excellent communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure To retain confidential information and not to disclose confidential information without the express written confirmation of the Executive Chairman. Self-motivated and able to use initiative
