Overview
This is a role for a motivated individual who has gained experience from a customer service role with experience speaking to clients, managing expectations and developing a portfolio. An interesting and developing opportunity working for an organisation with clients in the insurance and financial services sectors, and ideally you will have worked in one of these markets previously. This is a volume-driven role which will suit someone who has worked in an environment with lots of telephone enquiries from both new and exisiting customers and who is keen to support clients with tourble-shooting, providing management reports and managing small and varied projects. In addition, you will need to be highly IT literate and able to pick up new systems quickly.
