Digital Project Manager - London - £40,000 - £50,000 This is a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Project Manager who is enthusiastic about everything they do; to join the industry leading teams of one of London's leading communication agencies and their well-respected clients Responsibilities as Digital Project Manager Work with department leads to accurately scope small to mid-sized digital projects (up to £150k) including maintenance tasks, UX and design tasks, development projects Create Project documentation including Sow's, timing plans, budgets, risk and issue logs, Change Requests, JIRA boards, etc. Manage and control the resource (both on and offshore resources) and project activities on a daily basis to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget Manage and control project costs ensuring financial reconciliations are completed fortnightly and reported to the Project Director and Account Management team Plan and schedule resources with internal Resource Management and Heads of Department for the project lifecycle Maintain project documentation throughout the project including highlight reports, status, risk and issues logs, internal status sheets Manage both short and longer term projects including ongoing maintenance, UX and Design projects, technical updates to sites, website builds with a CMS, apps etc Manage offshore development teams where necessary Experience for Digital Project Manager Solid experience of working in a digital agency Previous experience in a similar digital / technical role Can demonstrate having run successful small technical projects Experience of working with offshore development teams Experience using both agile and waterfall approaches to run projects Experience with Microsoft Project and a knowledge of JIRA / Confluence Experience of developing projects with a CMS Experience of running a range of digital projects Prior knowledge of Prince 2 and Agile (Scrum) If you think you have what it takes to fulfil this incredible role and would love to work alongside a leading digital agency - please get in touch We'd love to hear from you.
