Overview
I am working with a Private Equity House who have a current AUM circa £600m and focus on investments in to the real estate space. Due to growth and internal re-structuring they require a Fund Controller to join the business. Responsibilities: Investor reporting for two Private Equity Real Estate Funds Management of the annual audit process Quarterly Accounting to include NAV analysis, TVPI, DPI and other key metrics associated with the portfolio Management of capital calls and distributions Ongoing portfolio and asset level monitoring of KPIs, property level data and projected performance returns Managing relationships with third-party administrators and service providers, managing and reviewing work and output Assist with the implementation of a new system to include roll out, testing and creating finance modules to ensure integrity of numbers produced. This role will suit a qualified accountant who has extensive experience of real estate or private equity fund accounting. You will have advanced Excel skills and had exposure to working with new system implementations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must as is the ability to work autonomously and have outstanding attention to detail.
